The I/O module is a plug&play device that can communicate by modbus industrial protocol and set as slave module. The device can receive up to 3 analog signals for connecting sensors as phmeters, ther- mometers, lux sensors, pressure etc. Furthermore there is a input digital port to be use for switch, relay etc. The output signals can set singularly without any programming (by hardware jumpers) from 0-10V to 0-20 mA and can be used to control relay, motors etc.
The voltage supply of the current loop can be set internally or externally by 24 V power supply.
The module is powered by the famous STM8S serie and the firmware can be customized upon request. It has high protection solutions to electrical shocks due to the specific architecture. The module comes in 3 versions, with case for DIN bar, case for consumer application and no case. The cases can be purchased separately upon requests. 3D design is available.
Applications
- Connect to digital and analogue sensors and actuators
- Integration of several machinery
- Development of distributed control systems for technological objects and expand PLC functionality by increasing the number of I/O signals.
- Remote controlling by integration with communication modules
- Made for field use with superior resistance to shock and vibration
- Protection to electrical shock (surge surgin) TVS
- Flexible integration of devices (V and mA)
